Caballero Convicted of Incest

Jose Guadalupe Caballero, 39, was convicted by a Baldwin County jury of Incest on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Chief Judge Brenda H. Trammell sentenced him to 30 years with the first 29 years to be served in prison and the remainder on sex offender probation. The case was prosecuted at trial by Assistant District Attorneys Nancy Scott Moskaly and Sydney Segers. Your DA’s Office would like to thank Det.
