Brock Sentenced to Life Without Parole
Joshua Andrew Brock, 38, was convicted of malice murder for the January 2025 stabbing death of Prince Porter. Brock and Porter were inmates at Hancock State Prison. During a fight between other individuals, Brock came up behind Porter and stabbed him in the back. The jury deliberated for approximately an hour before returning a guilty verdict. A Baldwin County jury convicted Milton McDonald, 54, of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in the 2024 shooting at a Milledgeville residence located on N. We spoke with students at Gatewood on Tuesday of last week and Putnam High School on Wednesday of last week about “Breaking Silence” speaking up about relationships and knowing the green flags from the red flags. We also had the students engage with some examples that they thought should be part of a relationship, such as having privacy and having outside friends.
