Castro- Farfan Enters Plea to Several Sex Crimes

Jose Castro-Farfan pleaded guilty to statutory rape, incest, and child molestation in Greene County. Judge Stephen A. Bradley heard that Castro-Farfan molested a close family member for a period of several years. Victim Advocate Jessica Duvall read an emotional impact statement written by the victim to the Court, detailing how the abuse harmed her and her family. Pursuant to the plea, Judge Bradley sentenced Castro-Farfan to forty years. He will serve the first twenty-five in prison. Assistant District Attorney Blayne May prosecuted the case. The District Attorney’s Office would like to thank the Greensboro Police Department for their efforts in investigating the case.
