Victim Advocates go to NOVA training
The Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office sent 3 of our Victims' Advocates ~ Robbie Hill (Baldwin County), Kendra Madison (Putnam & Hancock Counties), & Linda Standifer (Jasper County) ~ to the National Organization for Victim Assistance's (NOVA) 48th Annual Training Event in Denver, Colorado. These ladies spent August 1 – 4, 2022 training, networking, and strategizing with other helping professionals from around the globe. It was a wonderful week filled with inspiring keynotes and engaging workshops with other passionate professionals in the field of victim services and crisis response. Thank you to Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for our funding and for making this training possible.
