Jones County- Pinwheels for Child Abuse

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Today members of our Jones County Office had the opportunity to attend the Pinwheels for Child Abuse program hosted by the Jones County Department of Family and Children Services. Speakers from Jones County Family Connection, First Baptist Church of Gray, Jones County Board of Education, Jones County Department of Family and Children Services, Family Counseling Center, Growing Gray Hounds, and foster parents spoke about coming together as a community to prevent child abuse. The Jones County High School Chorus also performed several songs for the program.
