Greene County conviction

Jeffery Robertson, 58, entered a guilty plea to three counts of incest, two counts of child molestation and one count of attempt to commit incest in front of Judge Alison T. Burleson on June 6, 2019. He was slated to go on trial in Greene County Superior Court June 11, 2019. He was charged and convicted of sexually assaulting his natural children over a number of years. He was sentenced to 40 years, 25 of which to serve in prison. If he is ever released from prison, he is to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life and have no contact with the victims.
