Lewis Convicted of Kidnapping and Aggravated Stalking

Victoria Lewis was convicted of kidnapping with bodily injury and aggravated stalking today in Baldwin Superior Court after a two-day jury trial. The charges arose in August 2024, when the defendant went to the N. Lincoln Street home of her former girlfriend and kidnapped her, driving her to Covington, GA. Today, 50-year-old Jimmy Terrell Scott was sentenced in the Superior Court of Baldwin County to thirty years in prison for the crime of Criminal Attempt to Commit Rape. On March 25, 2025, the Defendant's housing case worker came to his residence to do an inspection. According to both the victim and the defendant, the defendant made up a reason to get the victim inside his bedroom, at which point he shut the door, threw her on the bed, and attempted to rape her. Morgan County conviction on Andrew Richardson

A Morgan County jury convicted Andrew Jalien Richardson of two counts of Aggravated Assault, one count of Exploitation and Intimidation of an Elder Person, one count of Battery Family Violence, and one count of Simple Battery Family Violence. Richardson was convicted for attacking his own mother. Superior Court Judge Brenda Trammell sentenced Richardson as a recidivist, due to five prior felony convictions, to twenty years with the first fifteen to be served in prison. By
